    We are 99Friend, an online language school in China. We have more than 8,000 students, and we continue to grow steadily at a rate of 500+ students per month. We are hiring on a long-term basis. We are recruiting every day and have 2-3 newbie training sessions per week.

    Our students are mainly children aged 4-10, and they are all regular classes. The students' study time is fixed every week, and many will last for several months or years.

1.Trainees

        a.Must graduate from university.

        b.Do not accept part-time jobs, only those who can work full-time, without any job and private students.        

2.Training requirements

        a. Laptop computer for class, with a network speed of more than 20M

        b. Backup power supply can maintain at least 4 hours of class in the event of a sudden power outage.

        c. Monday to Friday 5Pm-10Pm，Saturday and Sunday, 9 am-10 pm. (Choose any day for rest)

        d. Noise cancelling headset or Krisp

3.Training format: online

4.Training Hours: 7 days

5.Training instructions:

        a. The first two days are for basic teaching method training. Upon completion of the complete training. Those who perform well in the training assessment can continue with the training for the next five days.

        b. From the 3rd to the 7th day, there will be practical training and assessment. Those who can complete the training and assessment as required will receive a subsidy of 1000 pesos. (Those who withdraw midway or fail to complete as required will not receive any subsidy.)

        c. Excellent candidates who receive 7-day training can be directly hired and arranged for work.
